This article finally resonated true to me for why businesses are currently experiencing labor shortages.

https://www.zerohedge.com/personal-finance/victor-davis-hanson-disappearing-american

Now, my question is - since I'm in the labor force, how can I maximize my income by taking advantage of these shortages? I know the shortages are going to differ per industry and I bet they are higher in lower paying salary ranges than I'm in. But I want to get as much as I can for the next 10 or 15 years since I KNOW that my employer cannot hire others to replace me?

Just be honest? Say, "I'm worth 50% more. Pay me or I leave" or let's talk or whatever? How can you capitalize on this? I sense HUGE opportunity.

You must read the articles there with discernment. Understood. But the points made in the article seem based in fact.

I didn't miss that part (layoffs). It has to do with corporate fear of recession. That's a negative pressure on wages fo sho!

Okay, so the follow up question - how to thrive in a 70% unemployment scenario. People will need to eat (corner the pork market?) People will need to drink (drill wells), etc. How do you thrive?

This article is such a load of retarded boomer goyshit lmao.
Addressing none of the real issues. Blaming poorfags and "lazy burgers" instead of pointing the finger at how much we got betrayed by the politikikes, how worthless are modern women, how nobody with a functioning brain want to live in Sodom 2.0 where everything is designed to belittle, humiliate and psyops you.

Also i loved the
>The government has no idea how some Americans remain sick with the mysterious “long COVID” chronic aftermath of the infectious phase of the disease.
>Well over 100 million Americans have likely had COVID. An estimated 10-30 percent do not recover for months — or even years.

Personally i know nobody with this mysterious "long covid" bullcrap. But i know several who got severely damaged or even died from the vaxx.

get another job offer, get it in writing, take it to your current boss/hr. Be prepared to leave for the new job offer.

There is no labor shortage. I've applied to many places and there are hoards of people looking for work. HR can never get their shit together and press the hire button.
