That's the beauty of a fixed supply.

I am a normie who became obsessed with LINk in 2021. I had a few BTC not other than that had mostly ignored crypto for more traditional investments. Starting in early 21 I really committed to trying to find good investments in the space. My requirements were two. One, whatever projects I invested in had to be have business applications and number two, which in retrospect was the most important, it had to have won its space with little to no competition. I knew I didn’t have enough technical knowledge to pick winners and losers but I knew enough to identify a project that had little to no competition. Within a month I was obsessed with LINK. I started selling other assets and i bought most of the way up. Thankfully my purchases were smaller near the top. Starting this year I have been gobbling the whole way down with some large purchases under 8. I currently have over 40k link and I am down quite a bit. My cost basis is around 14 so you do the math. It’s painful, I hate looking at the losses, but on the other hand I’m not letting my late entry discourage me from what I think I’ve found. The way I see it LINK has so many applications it doesn’t even need crypto to thrive to be successful. It has so many applications to traditional finance banking and insurance that LINK can be a trillion dollar project while the crypto ecosystem languishes. While I don’t think that’s the way it will play out, I am confident LINK is positioned to be the most relevant project in crypto. Yes I regret being down so much, but I am still occasionally buying even though I am way past my comfort level. bringing data to blockchain is but a small portion of what LINK does yet that alone has profound economics behind it. I don’t think it will be long until the market sees this. Similar to the tech bubble in 2000, afterwards the projects that had real utility did extremely well. After the yield ponzis and ghost chains are washed away LINK will thrive.

I have some ETH I bought a long time ago that I'll hold on to for a long time, but I'm solely focused on accumulating Link.
