Real estate fag here. I was whining a few days ago how I missed selling at the top of the market 5 months ago. Fuck yeah I missed it.
Today's stock market route is going to nail it. Everyone is feeling poor now. Even me and I have plenty of cash in the bank but wish I had more.
Just sent my architect an email on project I have asking him to give me his 90 day A&E schedule - plan is to finish the design and then I'll either decide to finish it or mothball.
My broker told me inventory was going up and up and up (Colorado). So yeah, it seems like this is happening around the US.

(Fucking wife booked a vacation for us for next 2 weeks - JFC, going be bleeding cash just when I don't want to. Ah well. It could be worse. I bailed on another investment house purchase in March so at least I dodged that fucking bullet.
Expect housing prices to go down at least 20% in next 12 months.
