You should absolutely not get a Tesla or any other EV if you live in an apartment complex or don't have access to your own charger. Superchargers should only be used for road trips.
Side note, if you get a Tesla, get the white interior. It's unironically a pussy magnet.

assuming they don't blow up or have defects, they're meant to last about the lifetime of the car
the range just drops by like 1% a year
still wouldn't touch one with all the manufacturing problems and insane wait times for part replacements
the thing i'd worry about most is the motors, they don't run forever just because they're not igniting fuel
they probably end up delaminating from the constant heat cycling

Imagine admitting to basing what you like/dislike based on what other people like/dislike.

EVs are shit because the batteries don’t last. 37 years is a massive fucking cope, and if they do somehow last that long they’d be so degrade you’d be lucky to get half the original mileage on a single charge. The mileage is already bad, good luck taking and out of state trips. When EV trucks start coming out good luck towing anything.

EVs have promise, but their biggest issues in competing with ICE vehicles is their mileage. They are not where they need to be in order to be a viable alternative for most people. And The kikes raising gas prices, putting sanctions on legacy automakers forcing them to replace their ICE car production with this shit in an attempt to force early adoption of this shit need to be gassed. The tech isn’t ready, I don’t want an EV.

hydrogen-ev hybrids will probably be where things end up

replace one of the tanks with some battery banks and you have the the relatively quick refuelling of hydrogen along with regeneration ability and harder acceleration capability of batteries

Been think of Lexus or a Toyota 4Runner. I want something that will last a long time. I don't want to fall into a boomer trap of upgrading cars every half-decade like how millennials upgrade their graphics card.

Been thinking of the Lexus RXh plug in hybrid to maximize fuel economy and be comfy also to do some light trail driving. It looks good, has decent luxury amenities and has space to have a family with.
The other option is the Toyota 4Runner. It's Toyota so it will last(but not as long as their older models). It's tough and can do some off-roading should I need to go off the grade. Has space for an expanding family.

Any other options should I consider besides these two? I was thinking of a Tacoma and F150, but I don't like the idea that some could knick items off the bed. Also with the F150, it rubs me how the shifter folds in. That's a point of failure I don't want to get and I know F150 aren't built like they're used and Ford caters to the Boomers need to upgrade every decade or so. With trucks I'd be aware of the fuel economy and I wouldn't want to worry. Ideally, I'd have two. A nice car and innawood car. But when it comes down to it, one car is really needed.

So I've been both wait listed because I wasn't certain on being able to purchase at the time I've been on the list for 9 months now. One came up and tried to grab my local dealer had that markup I was talking about. MSRP was ~35,000, dealer made it 50,000 so a mark up of like 35%. Tried another dealer that had a mark up of 25,000 and all of this in the DFW, Texas area.

I read recently there was an F-150 Lightning (EV F-150) being marked up an additional 100,000, or making the truck double what the MSRP for a fully loaded one of those things.

I have gotten a taste of wealth and that small amount alone has completely changed everyone around me minus like 3 friends. Almost everyone else turned into complete niggers. I gave my brother $50,000 and he and his stupid whore girlfriend blew through it in less than 2 months. He isn't a junky or anything like that either. He just has nigger sensibilities and the truth is, it's hard to even be mad at him because like 90% of the population are the same way. The moment people see you with nice things, they start calculating.
