BTC dies edition - Miners on BTC are 99% financed by Block subsidy. As the subsidy reduces each halving, there'll be a point where transactions have to become very expensive in order to finance the miners acitivies, which will reduce mainchain use all the while L2 solutions siphon fees off miners, too. Either BTC will be for the rich only, or it collapses under its own weight.

In the meantime Bitcoin (BSV) mined a block where fees where more than subsidy reward.

thanks for the info dump, we need to make this a regular thing to wake up the plebs around here.

Some based lad posted this last night:
http://vu.hn/bitcoin%20origins.html

It basically proves everything. The author of that (Scronty) is the lead developer of the bitcoin-sv (https://github.com/Scronty).). I've never even heard of this guy until yesterday. The well of information is deep but it's scattered all over the place. You're doing a good service by making this thread.

Big Blocks = Big Cocks
