I set mine a bit below "milestone" prices to hopefully avoid large exchange traffic. So instead of selling at 1 cent, I set my first increment at .8 of a cent. Instead of selling at 10 cents, sell at 7 cents. Instead of selling at 50 cents, sell at 43 cents, etc. Don't know how well this will actually help avoid tons of people trying to cash out but I figure it at least improves the odds.
