TA is all dependent on proportion because price action and volume are proportionally correlated. Problem is your graph is wildly disproportionate. If you want a typical view, you want the Y-axis scale to be roughly 1% of the price of whatever asset you're looking at.

Rescale your graph until the y-axis is in jumps of 0.0005. Then take a look.
