No, this is unironically the best time to start a business if you are cash-rich.
>Low cost of labor, can hire more employees and overqualified employees to scale
>High value of goods and services
>Bootstrapping costs decrease as other businesses liquidate and commercial land becomes cheaper
>Reduced competition as larger/less efficient businesses can't function
>If you grow enough, you will be successful enough to sell equity for shitloads of money when the next credit-cycle starts.
The only businesses that are bad right now would be ones that require heinous amounts of financing, like a medicine biotech startup.
