Right now, I just use Barchart and download the daily EOD data and sift through it. Basically I look for <14DTE with vol>OI at a 40x ratio and try to figure out what kind of position they entered.
Remember, most big positions are STO, which means they're hedging strongly on that outcome. I wouldn't look at something big like TSLA or AAPL, but something smaller like CHPT (been watching it for a few weeks) and I have a general sense that it'll pop to 16+ in the next 3 weeks, for example.

NYC isn’t alone. The census bureau tended to overestimate (or even completely get wrong) population loss in old/traditional large coastal cities, and overestimated population gains in the Sun Belt/Southeast.
