Also AIs can only learn things that a lot of other people have done before. I have to make new shit all the time, you can't just find all use cases on stackoverflow and copy-paste (yeah, that's basically what the AI would do).
Teaching yourself to code is difficult because most people are NPCs who are only able to understand learning as the act of reading a book and taking an exam with the info covered in the book. Which is not possible with programming

Before the advent of cloud hosting, many companies had to hire their own team for managing their servers. All this got consolidated into one guy managing some cloud hosting node.
