Cancel the card and go to work for 2-5 months. Bam now you have 2k to play with. Use it to turn a profit. Haggle someone down for a small tractor or very good lawn mower, some kind of machine that works. Find something that does not require a title with your local government. Shop in the $3000 range. Do not negotiate online. Arrive in person and make sure to mention you’re paying cash because you are. Find a flaw not mentioned in the advertisement. Low ball, try to purchase a $3000 thing for $2200 or about that price. People get attracted to weird numbers. Offer some strange exact number like $2280. This will trigger something strange in a persons brain. Then climb from 3k to 4, 4K to 4500, and so on until you have a lump sum of cash that gets you horny. Once you pass the $4 to $5,000 threshold in value, $5-600 flips become relatively easy and your negotiation skills should be climbing. You may have to paint a piece of equipment here or there. But you can quit your job and do several of these flips per week. I’m not kidding, “nofap” or semen retention whatever you want to call it, will make you 2 or 3 times better with this method. But I don’t care what you do, in fact I hope you don’t do anything because I don’t want this kind of hustle to get more saturated then it already is. But I hope I just taught 1 person to get out of the wage cage with 5k.

What is the best possible deal on a credit card that will accept poor credit but have no spending limit, or at least a limit of 2000 dollars?

One that actually raises credit fairly quickly, can pay in installments instead of strictly monthly, and has big boosts to spending limits within short periods of consistent payment. Cashback and rewards irrelevant.

You have 2 options.

One is a secured credit card that gives you a spending limit equivalent to a deposit you give the lender as insurance against your possible failure to repay.
So if you give $250 you can spend $250.

The other option is to use a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service like Klarna, which is essentially a point of sale loan that allows you to buy something, that's maybe like $500, and you pay it off in installments. Klarna makes you pay 1/4 the purchase upfront, and then you pay 1/4 every 2 weeks for the next 6 weeks. They call it rather clearly Pay In 4 / Pay In Four.

The shittiest part about this gay ass post is that years ago there was some anon that was actually a credit expert and he would make these megathreads every now and then that provided useful info. Maybe not as applicable now since rates were lower then.

What credit card should I get? I'm a student working this summer ($45 an hour) and I'll be renting a house starting in August for $725 a month. Also, what would be a good way to build credit while I'm in uni? (Credit score is 0 right now onviously)
