Open up play store from each of your different email addresses that you may have used to sign up for subscriptions at any point in the past. You can toggle the emails from the upper right icon of the play store. Then choose payments and subscriptions. Then choose subscriptions. Then cancel all the stuff you've completely forgotten you were paying for. I thought I was better than this but apparently I had mulltple subscriptions that I had no idea were even auto renewing. Some for 70 per year, 13 a month, 15 a month etc.
