I have been running the channel since fucking february and 100% of the time the tokens with low liquidity do a lot better (10x and more), and are easier to jeet a 10% profit on than tokens with 50 BNB liquidity that move 10% and have 30% taxes

yeah there's 21 validators. Anyone can setup a validator though, you can set one up if you like. Every 24 hours the validtor set changes between a randomly selected set of 21 out of the top staked validators
