My side-hustle is classes. I've been giving classes on crypto, setting up and managing various online stores and making/storing/handling fermented foods. I don't really explain anything you can't find on youtube and I tell my clients exactly that, but they say they'd rather learn it from me. I guess that once trust is built they would rather have me handle the filtering of information. They recommend me to other people too. I met a 7/10 QT 3.14 through it. We are friends on facebook now.

Lately I've been playing with the idea of planting beehives around the natural reserve next to my house. A healthy hive can net you a few hundred bucks per year and only requires a weekly visit, usually nothing more than a checkup. Perfect for a weekend side-hustle/hobby.

A "computer class" (setting up some online store) student asked me about it. I started blabbing on and they said I should teach a class on it. I told them I would have to have at least 4-5 people interested to spend the time to create a proper class outline and they asked otehr people they knew to sign up. After that, word of mouth. Its nothing incredible, the basics of how the blockchain works, basics on wallets, how to keep your funds safe, the difference between investment and speculation, why speculation isn't evil, some basics on how to limit risks. Everyone seems pretty happy with it, even after the dump.

My sister has a business that has been teaching computer classes for three decades in a small town. So I got started there because there were some things people wanted to learn that she didn't want to bother with. After that the students themselves tell other people about you. Or at least that's how it worked for me. Keep in mind that people are desperately alone nowadays, not just old people even young people too. So if you can get a good group of 4-5 people in a room, teach them something and have some fun they'll be very eager to keep it going.

It is. People want to learn stuff but there is an entire class of people out there who need SOMEONE to hold their hand through the process and help them filter bad information. Most of them struggled with their smartphones before that. Feels nice.

and another thing, are you keeping the classes in large rooms, small rooms with less people, online or a mix of both?

For the first couple years I taught mostly things related to technology. Not even interesting stuff, it started teaching people how to set up an online store. I wouldn't have more than 3-5 people in a room. These people are paying and willing to learn and talk, its not like a regular classroom, they will talk a lot. I can't imagine dealing with more than that.

The initial base existed for me already. It grew through word of mouth for me from there, but the hardest part was already set up. I did make sure to be facebook friends with every student and announcing new things there, posting pictures of the class. Most people are into it. The approach of having 2-3 people at home sounds like the right one to me. Talking to people casually before/after class to see what else they could be interested in, sliding things you might be thinking about teaching "if I find the students for it" is key imo. Another thing, some students will require a degree of emotional work you'll have to deal with then vent on 4chan calling strangers the n-word. But those students are often your biggest promoters.

A good way to get new students that I know works because someone else I know does it: volunteer your time giving classes at some local institution even if it doesn't pay and use it as an opportunity to build from. Get them on your facebook or whatever is popular where you live.

Temperature is relative to what you're trying to grow. You want a stable temp within the range that is good for the variety. Blue and king oysters for example like cold (50s to low 60s) while some thrive up to the 80s like yellow and pink oysters. Contamination is mostly a concern right in the beginning. You'll likely start with a liquid culture or agar depending on what you decide to buy from a vendor. Until the mycelium has had time to grow out on some medium like grain it will be more vulnerable to contamination. After that stage you're usually okay but should still be clean in your process (spawning to a substrate block, fruiting in a tent, etc.). After that biggest concern is fresh air and constant high humidity. Contamination can happen if it's really filthy but usually won't until after a few flushes after which the medium will eventually breakdown and contaminate just due to nature (ie compost after the block has run its course, many guides for each variety online). It's not hard but requires research and time.

The money is in prepping inventions and ips to send to the patent office. As the fucks in the patent office never die or retire. It costs most people $5000 to 25k just for their first patent and revisions because it's so easy to get kicked back for minor paperwork issues. So they tend to pay copywriters to make sure all their shit is aligned first. Can make good money but it is a lot of work to properly learn the system and help the inventor turn their words into the proper, dry speech of a copyright/patent. Many colleges with business degree will have a technical patent writing course that will help get you started. Helping inventors write their patent papers is a business all of its own and companies exist just for it.

It's quite easy to set up. Between your first 2 months of inventory, licensing, purchasing the machine, and your first 1-2 months of rent, your total investment will be under 10k.

The biggest hurdle, as you may expect, is finding a suitable location and a business owner who will accommodate your plan. I was somewhat lucky given I have the local network to do so.

My first location was my fraternity house, which I also still operate an ATM in. I gave a special discount code (where I'd effectively break even) to friends so I could approach business owners with verifiable sales for the first three months. Said house's landlord also owns a popular bar down the street, so given my prior relationship to him from being on the exec board, I was able to convince him to move my location to right inside the front door of his bar.

It's funny because there is a physical vape shop on the same block and even at a 20% markup in relation to their store I am still outselling them.

I plan to move to the city my job is located in after 1 more year, and will then sell the "franchise" to an enterprising friend or to the bar owner. Verbal agreement on the latter is already in place.

Oh this city specifically is a huge stickler for rules, but I've already spoken to a local lawyer and started sending out feelers to local bar owners.

No solid verbal agreements yet, but this is easy to replicate and set up in another location. The issue is all of the bars are quite small and cater to an older clientele, so sales will likely be lower.

There's only one bar that specifically supports the school I went to there and it's quite small, and they feel adding a vape vending machine probably wouldn't be the best look. Starting to enter preliminary talks with another bar owner, but they've been slow at best. Im basically cold-calling people at this point because I dont really have a network there.

My script so far is as follows:
>Hi, are you with management at [bar]?
>yes
>Good to hear - I'm a recent graduate of [school] and am planning on moving to [city] when my current lease ends, and I operate several vending machines selling nicotine delivery devices/vapes at several bars in [college town] - I'm in the early stages of planning to move my franchise to [city] - do you think [your bar] would be a good fit for this concept?
>if no - thank for time and cross off list
>if yes - "Fantastic, what's the best email to reach you at with some more info on current sales, lease rates, et cetera?"
and then go from there. hope it works out

Lol you ever even consider that the "hustle" is a way to.male extra money on the side. Like that's the whole point, so look no further than doing it for extra money. Like I work my regular day job but then when I'm done I just go and hustle on the side and can ez make another 100 per month if I try hard enough. Depends on the conditions of your environment but then when things acclimate you ccx an accumulate and with that extra money you can compound it with SPY puts if you have a good strategy that's an additional 100 and just rinse and repeat so I'm a year you do the math and that's pushing an extra 1000 or.more just fucking hustling. Too easy

i used to do furniture deliveries. advertise on craigslist.
eveyrone else had ads in all caps with huge exclamation marks, and they had buisness and employees and insurance
my ad was "pick up truck furniture deliveries" and my rate was half as much and i could do a couple deliveries a month and have my rent paid, a few more deliveries and i had spending cash.
i got lots of calls from indians and asians and i would give them a really high quote and let them haggle me down to a price i thought was fair + the tip they wouldnt give me, lol.

Everyone here always talks about shit you can do for little effort in conjunction with a normal job, but one day we're going to have to start talking about turnkey businesses that you can chair the board of but never do any work in.
Things like Heineken. Owned by a rich family that made it purely as a way to invest some of their already-existing money.
So what do we do when we have money to burn? How do we find good businesses, and good people?

I'll never work for those jews. I'd rather report directly than give any money or publicity to them. they pay shit, sometimes won't even pay the bug reporter while getting paid themselves.

Sounds more like finding excuses than hustling. But i get it, testing apps that are other people testing 24/7 is very competitive for average ethical hacking joes.

m8, I have some CVEs and bug bounties under my belt. I also have seen lots of people being burned by those platforms.
true, shit is very competitive, mostly because lots of pajeets want easy money too, but their ethics also fucking sucks.

look up anything related to "martha stewert tek" or "martha tek", "stewert tek", whatever. i cant find any of my old guides but this updated modernish one seems good at a glance. if you have any questions related to growing shrooms, magic or gourmet, i would dive into the shroomery forum archives. you will find any question you can think to ask. peace boys, i hope this helped.
