diverse isn't what you think it means. It means having two people in the workplace, one who wants to say nigger and the other who hates the nigger-sayer, and everybody else inbetween. What you actually are saying when you want a "diverse" workplace is you want a racist workplace, you look at everybody based on their skin color diversity, so you want racist diversity.

Every diverse workplace ended up with me working twice as hard to pick up the slack for my diverse co-workers (which they wont fire).
It burns you out really quick and you end up leaving. I wonder how much of a revolving door these companies have for good workers.
