I've been doing nothing for 1 year since since getting hired, my company is trying to invest and build a team for a proprietary software it's really hard to train on it since there's no reaources online, it's all corporate materials.

It's pretty easy to fall into this kind of limbo at larger companies, I worked at TCS most of my time as a junior dev and I didn't complete as much as one epic in all that time, we always had something coming up according to management but that something never arrived, literally got paid to go through courses in their shitty platform, at some point I actually stopped going to the office and later left for a better job where unfortunately I did have to code shit.

How do I do this as a neet with only High school diploma? Im good with computers but dont know programming besides basic html

Unironically join a bootcamp that offers placements. Use it to only get your foot in and gather experience. And keep looking for jobs with better pay.
