Why is everyone so angry, he's not wrong, it also doesn't mean that crypto is dead.

It doesn't need to take over the world to be worth 10 trillion+ asset class

Its just a matter of time due to the function of how fiat currency controlled by governments work.

Im a Bitcoin maxi, but honestly, Id say theres always going to be maybe 10-20 cryptocurrencies that end up functioning (without even trying to be) stores of value, purely based on nothing but governments and how they control their currencies....

And this is based on crypto always remaining a pointless non-use product other than to trade value back and forth with.

I mean he's not wrong, crypto was always going to convert it back to fiat in the end. It still has use as allowing you to trade without banks being involved which is useful regardless of whether it becomes a primary asset or not, particularly with banks and payment platforms increasingly trying to tell customers how they can and can't spend their money as was found by the people trying to donate to Rittenhouse or the Canadian truckers.
