Have about $50k in index funds and around $150k in 401k.
Crypro folio is down 80%.

Have around 290 ETH and was planning to buy around $50k worth of ETH to make it a total of 340 ETH.
Is it okay or degenerate gambling ?

Been contemplating the same. Already have around 100 ETH. I'm thinking about setting myself a clear target, so as not to constantly second guess myself. I was thinking something like: if it drops below 1K, I buy 32 more ETH. And another 32 if it drops below $750.
