Just put an offer in. Everyone saying the world is burning, so going to catch a falling knife. Going to give up my "digital nomad" remote life for a bit.

>Area "comps" at 750-800k.
>Fixerupper, at $450k.
>25% down (why not)
>making sellers cover closing costs (will try, lol)

PNW.

I'm probably buying a giant piece of shit, or I'm going to lose it in a year and wreck my credit score of 785. I don't need a house per se, but I hate hotels/airbnbing in the USA/"home." Digital nomad pill is great, and I have a great life abroad. I don't even need a house in the states. Yet, it feels nice, comfy and such.

Take note zoomers :)

there hasn't been enough time for home prices to catch up to increases in mortgage rates. also the tech bubble is about to deflate. buying now, and in an area where valuations are heavily reliant on the tech industry, is one of the worst mistakes you could possibly make.

Wish he never bought her
Spending years with the mortgage underwater

Yes OP is a fag, yes he is a fag
