If you live in the US you can buy Vanguards total market index fund (ticker: VTI) and get charged 0.03% of assets per year. That's the expense ratio. If what your bank is suggesting costs significantly more than 0.03% then I would just buy VTI. Add some cheap bond index funds as well if you want to get lower risk in the portfolio.

Liquidity is ease of entry or exit from a position. Its based on the open interest in the security. High open interest generally leads to small bid/ask spreads while low open interest leads to higher spreads.
Low liquidity can be great for turning profit because you can sell the ask and buy the bid, without the price of the security changing - but it also carries greater risk for exiting the position should the security change price in an unfavorable direction.

Also means big retailers like Costco can benefit as people try to find ways to afford to eat.

I agree with you in that it was getting a little over extended but the fundamental thesis of the last 6 months is still in play. We are going to go to $150 per barrel of WTI this summer easily and LNG is part of the same play. Plus this is 99% a bounce from the massive dip play and I will unload it probably at the end of the week and parlay my gains into the energy and shipping/tanker companies I'm already in. More like unfit-pilled. Beans contain lots of anti-nutriments that only truly get washed out through germination. It also has several indigestible components, although rice magically make those components digestible. Rice itself is also full of anti-nutriments that, once again, only washes out after germination.

Ah, interesting.

Though now I'm also wondering if revolving credit should be broken down by wealth. If everyone spent their stimulus & WFH savings paying down debt and building up buffers, but the top 20% are still cautious.... then the bottom 80% would be the only ones driving this recent rise and you wouldn't see 2019 levels return overall.

Ab workouts in general are a meme.
For the most part all you need is low bodyfat and indirect training through compound lifts.
If you want to do targeted ab movements the only ones worth doing are weighted twists to target the obliques and hanging leg raises to target the lower abs.
Over-training abs with routines that include crunches, ab wheel, planks, leg lifts etc - will lead to you having a wider waist than most people want.
