Holy shit how can you misunderstand economics so thoroughly? Money doesn't flow into crypto. When you buy crypto, you're giving someone else your money, and they can immediately turn around and spend it. Then you're left with internet bucks that you (and similarly deluded morons) believe to be worth the amount of money that you exchanged for it. Ponzi schemes are not investments, they're ways of shuffling consumption around. You may think you're investing or saving, but in reality almost every dollar that gets exchanged for crypto is used for consumption. That's part of why crypto drives inflation up.

Umm holders do just that...HOLD which takes money out of the real economy. That is a positive for inflation. Plus, trading crypto only transfers wealth between two parties and inflates crypto prices which is detached from the CPI. This has no bearing on Supply and Demand dynamics.
>semiconductor tightness
GPUs for miners is a small percentage of global semiconductor demand since they literally power all industries.
>pulling in labor from elsewhere
Well this is true but this is has nothing to do with inflation but production. Inflation is a function of Supply and Demand. Production only affects supply side but if demand lowers at the same time, inflation doesn't change.

Bullshit, the most similar type of spending to putting money into crypto is putting money into a bank account or a traditional investment, not spending it on consumption. Crypto converted consumer investment and savings into consumption.

> The rich sold to them.

The rich by and large are not in crypto because they're economically literate enough to identify a pyramid scheme when they see one. Most crypto sales over the last few years came from early adopters to fund middle-class lifestyle spending along with more crypto speculation.
