For what it's worth, I had invested $10K into VWUSX and it's down nearly 36.2% this year. At this point, it's hard to spend money on crypto after seeing how much money I spent on mining equipment and realizing I could have lost much less money by testing the waters with more diversified mutual funds. Crypto mining would have been better if I had only stuck with my one GPU and mined without looking hard at it. There is way too much leverage and dumb money in the market, but the market can tank under the weight of its leverage. I bet against the merge, bought more GPUs, and now I can't sell the old ones because the market tanked.
