He has enough money to last himself for the rest of his life, or at least until he creates his next scheme. He's probably bought a citizenship in some third world without an extradition treaty to the US. Somewhere nice and tropical maybe. Probably has the money he scammed hidden away in a shell company incorporated in the bahamas or another country outside the jurisdiction of US investigators.
