I think it's important that people look at the fundamentals of SHIB and why it was so successful. I've written a list of the potential requirements for such a coin but feel free to add.
1: MUST be on ETH - This is essential whales need to be able to pump up the price doing 100ETH buys, and so that normies on coinbase can fomo into green candles. BSC tokens aren't going anywhere.
2: No reflections - Reflection tokens are so 2022 and exchanges don't like them. Normies are waking up and realise that they need a 22% pump just to break even on a 10% buy and sell tax token.
3: Needs to have some form of utility or potential promise of actual use case. SHIB was popular because people thought that SHIB was going to be the next ethereum or whatever because of SHIB swap.
4: The team behind it must be experienced and CANNOT originate from biz. We've already seen what a team originating from Biz is capable with the dog bat coin. Did not go well.

To be honest I think that SHIB was purely a coincidence, my theory is that someone like Vitalik was the one behind it because how else did that shit get listed on Binance? It didn't really have a community, it didn't have functionality, it didn't have memes or mass norm appeal. Go look a the announcement for SHIB when it was listed on Binance.
