Unironically depends on the state if you'll face criminal charges (photographing without consent+ potential to accidentally hit a minor+ making a profit off photos of someone else). It'd be quite easy for any paid lawyer+PI to find you if you get popular enough to make enough money. Easy open/shut case too in most states and I cannot think of a single judge who would pity you.
Cons don't really outweigh the benefits, there are many more lucrative ventures in legal grey areas if that's what you're after.

Sorry; as for your idea, I don't think it will be popular. It isn't fetishy, and part of Onlyfans is the idea that the coomers think they're interacting with the girls. They think it's more personable, but there are actually agencies that handle all of the video sales and communications for the models and do the negotiating for custom content. There are literally Discord servers of 15-30 dudes at a time who have customer profiles on people and milk them for money, send out mass messages and sales, etc. It's commission work.
Getting off topic, but if you're a guy just taking photographs of women, there isn't the connection that makes it successful. Someone can google "hot girl in bikini" and see 1,000,000 photos. You might be better off starting a website and calling yourself a photographer/artist. There was some famous photographer who was known just for taking candid photos of women, and his idea was that he was documenting the fashions and lifestyles of everyday people. I think you would have a better chance at becoming a real, perhaps risque, photographer instead of $10/mo butt picture peddler.
