They have a schedule to keep. SEC to ETH corruption cannot be made public with indisputable proof. There are plenty of people in the federal government who would like to see SEC buck-broken for a number of reasons. SEC just opened up a case against BNB, Binance. They are aiming straight against the Chinese influence in crypto by going after CZ and Binance directly.
Once the deadline is given for turning over the emails, SEC can either risk them being made open and proving their corruption with ETH and sending many of their officials to prison (because government groups definitely want to see them gone), or just settle/drop the case before the deadline. They will likely object, be denied, appeal, and be denied again. But settlement or dropping the case will come before the deadline for email submission. Deadline that cannot be pushed back unless the objection or appeal is upheld. Not a high chance of that happening.

I honestly think OXP is going places, so I'm interested to keep it. But I'm also conscious that if XRP were to moon moon, it may dump dump relative to the price of XRP, for obvious reasons, and because they decided to do their CEX listing with a USDT pair, hence the arbitrage. Still, they did an AVAX bridge and are doing a cash in/out rail. Maybe I'll sell it when it reaches parity with XRP.

I think there is a really good chance we'll see $2K by 2025.
That's when the ISO2022, roadmap ends.
All members are supposed to be fully switched over by then.

But, I always like to keep in mind that there is more than one faction amongst the elites.
And they like to screw each other over, when it benefits them.

I don't think crypto's adoption by governments can be stopped anymore; only delayed at best.
It's just too attractive to them.
The amount of control it will give them over the plebs is too tempting to resist.
And I'm convinced that XRP will become the neutral bridge currency.
But maybe some assholes will find a way to delay the ISO adoption calendar.
