There is a cave near my home that I found garloids growing in. I was surprised because they are so rare. I am thinking about opening a high end restaurant to serve them to rich people. Good business idea?

I don't know how you'd get past the FDA though
Maybe it'd be easier if you just sell them to a high end restaurant that's already established then you don't have to deal with as much liability

Shrimpanon, back when he was around, talked about selling shrimp to local restaurants and it seemed to be an easier process than going through the hassle of storing, preparing and making sure they're safe to eat yourself
Plus the restaurant industry is very competitive, if you're thinking of starting a restaurant, there's more than just supply and menu you have to consider

Not true. I've seen wealthy businessmen eat them at this upscale restaurant overlooking the Vegas strip. That restaurant only had them for 2 days though before their supply ran out.

I had garloid sachimi during a trip to Thailand, they serve the milk on the side in a shotglass to wash it down. Was surprisingly nice
