Over here (France) we recently breached $10/gal and you can feel the tension in the air, ppl start to seethe big time. Especially since big corps now want their wagies back in the cagie.

To make the matter worse, our self-sabotating government of traitors ruined the entire road infrastructure by placing dedicated lanes for cyclists, green buses and various other useless shit on the existing lanes dedicated to cars. So it's jamming everything up to levels barely imaginable. They also keep destroying parking slots in every town because the bourgeois leftoids want car-free cities in their faggy bubble. In Paris it's insane, you aren't even allowed to enter the city if your car is older than 2002. It's literally

For now ppl are organizing as they can : buying micro-cuck cars the size of a toy, doing carpooling as much as they can (car sharing websites are the most consulted in France, that's how poor we became), loading up tanks of fuel when it's "cost price day" at the malls/supermarkets' gas stations (usually on thuesday, so you get super long lines, it's fucking annoying), cancelling vacations if it more than 300 miles away, only using tiny roads...
Oh i forgot to tell you : gas at $10 is only half the cost when you drive in France. The other half are tolls. All the highways have tolls who are generally in pair with gas' prices/mile.
So basically unless you use your car to do local rides, it's $20/gal. :)
