The amount of retarded faggots browsing this board right now using Brave while having absolutely no idea what is happening with BAT is hilarious to me. They think BAT is a shitcoin that's given away for free and have no understanding of:

>How the ad purchases work (brave.com/transparency)
>That the supply is now fully circulating
>The impact that search ads will have on BAT
>The tiny amount of liquid supply left on exchanges
>The exponential growth trend in Brave users (bravebat.info)
>How BAT utility is being expanded

59.3 million people using this product, and almost ALL of them are going to miss what's right in front of their faces. Some people will make a little bit of money from the BAT they earned from rewards, but for the most part everyone is going to completely miss it and they are going to feel like absolute fucking retards when they realize what happened right under their noses.

Buy BAT you fucking retard.

I think we will see a flight to quality during the bear market and things like BAT will start turning heads when people realize they are not just surviving the bear market, but actively growing through it and hiring/expanding features. It's kind of a perfect opportunity for them to shine right now, so if they don't do it soon then they probably never will.

It doesn't matter because advertisers will buy our bags anyways lol. Everyone in crypto is so used to the idea that the only way a coin will ever go up is to trick somebody dumber than you into buying it at a higher price. They can't even fathom the idea of something having any real utility. I guess they'll find out what that looks like soon enough.

The advertisers purchase ads in USD and then brave uses that money to buy BAT and distributes it to the users that see ads. You can see their purchases here: brave.com/transparency

Brave pays the users 70% of the cost in BAT and keep 30% for operating expenses and growth. The thing that people don't understand is that their search engine is growing extraordinarily fast, and they are about to launch ads on it which is going to be way bigger than the current notification ads and will increase demand drastically.

The data is stored locally on the users device. Also, the people that use Brave are what you would call an "unreachable" audience. They block all ads on all platforms and are not subject to any other means of advertising. A lot of people don't have cable TV anymore either so they literally never see ads anywhere, ever. Brave gives advertisers the capability to reach these people.

The way I like to look at BAT is as a growing ad network because thats basically what it is. Facebook is an ad network, Google is an ad network, Snapchat is an ad network, twitter is an ad network. The first biggest mistake people make is thinking BAT is a browser token.

There is extreme value in new tab page ads and system notification ads. These ads create awareness of a product or service just like twitter, snapchat, facebook, and google display ads (youtube). They are relatively cheap ads where you can reach a large audience thats not engaged.

The search engine ads are a gold mine though. People are intentionally searching for keywords with usually the intent to purchase or research the product or service. Businesses will happily pay a lot of money for a single click because they know it could likely lead to a sale. Why have a new tab page ad for a asphalt resurfacing company if you only service one city? Run that same ad as a search ad and a couple hundred dollars worth of clicks could get you a $80k contract.

When both of these ad types are scaled and growing then you are looking at a top 5 token. It takes a while to get there but the business model works. Everyone that likes to shit on BAT doesnt understand how long it takes to build an ad system or how profitable it can quickly become when its working. Its like watching a dam break. Slow trickle and suddenly its busting every town in its wake.

Yeah it's based. Honestly BAT may end up being my biggest bag during the best cycle. People don't realize how many BILLIONS are spent on ads and Google, FB are getting ass raped on performance due to new privacy policies. So if they continue to maintain a 70 percent BAT buy style that will be a lot of strong buy pressure and not everyone who gets rewards will sell.

That's a good explanation. The new tab ads are basically the billboards of the future. That's a spot that a fortune 500 company would unironically want to advertise. Notification ads can be both localized and more general ads, same with search ads. I think the real money is honestly going to be in the localized ads. What better place could there possibly be to advertise your small business than to people that are opted into rewards and live in your area? They might even be able to eventually do targeted new tab ads, so that your local bakery can put up a billboard with a pic of their pastries and send it out to people within a 10 mile radius. This type of advertising has never been done before, and I think the search ads will generate enough money for them to try all sorts of new shit, like interactive ads, etc. It's also going to be very interesting to see how the crypto side of BAT utility develops too with the wallet. There are so many avenues that they can win from, and with 60m users and a product that people love, it's really only a matter of time until they figure something out. $500m market cap for this is an absolute joke lol but I suspect people will come to realize that within the next year, or less.

There was another thing I forgot to mention that nobody ever really talks about. The creator side of BAT. I know it kind of sucks because right now the tipping feature is very impersonal and kind of feels like you are dumping your BAT into a black hole with zero feedback, but I saw a screenshot somebody posted in a thread the other day of someone on the brave team saying that they were going to make some big changes to the creator side of things. I'm not sure what that could entail but the amount of verified creators has been consistently growing since it launched, so if they can find a good way to utilize this it will be huge. BAT baggies used to talk about the creator growth quite frequently but everyone kind of lost interest in it eventually because of how stale it is. Hopefully they can fix it. That's another angle of attack for them. Brave has a lot of fractured pieces of several puzzles right now, and I feel like things could converge all at once, especially if they get some big revenues coming from search ads and are able to expand their budget and go on a hiring spree in the middle of a bear market while everyone in the space is getting laid off or their shitcoins are becoming worthless.

Forgot to mention the overlap. You have billboard ads, notifications, and search ads. You could technically have someone land on your page from a search ad and later serve them a new tab page ad or notification or both.

Twitter launched in 2006 and pulled in $77m in revenue in 2011 with about 100m MAU's. About 2 years later they had their IPO and were trading at a $31B markecap. Once search ads launch Brave is basically not too far behind where twitter was in 2011. BAT isn't reinventing the wheel here. Massive sleeper

98% of all of Facebook's revenue comes from ads. Facebook surpassed $100 billion revenue in 2021 for the first time, increasing its revenue by 37% year-on-year to $117.9 billion in 2021.

Based. Even if brave took a tiny, miniscule slice of the pie we would be talking major price increase from where we are. And remember, with BAT we wouldn't just be talking about revenue on a paper, we would be actually physically pumping that amount of dollars through this illiquid token as the ad network grows.
