Do you believe that cryptocurrency even has a better risk/reward profile than other financial instruments like stock options, bonds, real estate, high risk stocks (like biotech) anymore? Considering the amount of institutional investors in crypto, and the amount of unregulated rugpullcoins coming out every day, I think it's unlikely.

This is true I guess, unless you keep your stocks in certificate form. However, the typical stock exchange/broker has few issues, and most cryptocurrency exchanges are far less trustworthy. Same applies to bonds. Traditional assets have an edge in time and development over crypto

you can use any dollar stablecoins you want. USDC, USDT, YUSD etc.
And there is also lending and all kinds of leverage strats.

Crypto Dexes are for trading shitcoins not forex, although Euro and other stablecoins are in the works so eventually there will be also liquidity for it some day.
