Funny you mention that. I was in bed, wondering if I’d have to work and thinking about buying bitcoin.
It was explained to me by a shadowy figure that manifested at the foot of my bed that the exchange I would keep my bitcoin on (mt gox) would be hacked.
That I would miss bitcoin and ethereum. But that I would buy chainlink and be rich.
Now at this point in time nothing was concrete and I laughed so hard when this disembodied voice told me I’d be rich on fencing I couldn’t believe it.
Fast forward to 2018 January 5th. I was so sick of wage slaving that I asked the heavens why I had to be rich.
It told me to check biz.
I never went here before and the first day on biz (the 6th) the first thread that I saw was from some asshole named assblaster.
I had no idea what blockchain was or what the fuck an oracle was either.
But I bought link because I remembered that fucking conversation and it scared the shit out of me.
I never told anyone else this because it sounds crazy but it scares me damn near everyday.

Not in a "haha" way but it's funny to think where both my friend and I would likely be had he not passed away in early 2013. He'd probably be rich as shit off of it and I'd have probably been convinced to throw $100 at it with a year or so which means I'd be sitting on a nice little amount of money myself.
