I also was at 300k and am now at 50k so I'm in the same boat, but rather than stewing in angst about it I'm looking to the future. From the bottom in 2018 so many mid caps and low-mid caps (basically throwing a dart at a dart board while blind) put in 100x's or more at their top. Think about it this way instead, from here you have an excellent opportunity to find an amazing, long-term entry for the next 2-3 years
Keep doing research and looking for interesting projects and know that crypto isn't going anywhere
