I have a rich dad so he bought me a car and paid for my uni. Also got a free house to stay in for a few years which enabled me to buy some property.

Most of the wealth is property growth from the recent boom. I basically just piled on the debt and have done pretty well.

Other few wins were bought stocks on the 2nd worse day of the pandemic and sold them 3 months later for more than double the price. Also doubled it on uranium.

Pandemic I only geared up for the purchase cause I was like its the flu. In 2 weeks nobody will care. I was wrong but the government stimulated the industry in the stock I bought.

If I just did index funds Id probably be at like $300k.
