I had about 2600 mfa pre split and sold for a cool 7k profit. Problem with this one is it's a mortgage reit which means it will get FUCKED by a raising interest rate environment. I sold at 4.43, by now it's like mid 3s, although it's been doing well past few sessions. Dividends don't mean shit if your principle vanishes
