The autism speaks greatly with this one.

Coinbase exchange was down. Other exchanges weren’t. They were still trading.

But it’s not at all possible that talks of futures, big banks, etc entering an unregulated market won’t try and see what they can do on a certain mainstream exchange and if they can actually manipulate the market to do what they want if they were to work together.

The fastest for GDAX would be sending Litecoin there. BTC and ETH are congested. So you could trade your BTC for LTC and then send to GDAX and sell for USD. Better check to see if you'd make money though.

That’s what I figured. From my Coinbase exchange account it took like 20 minutes to send over $~10-15. Since my account isn’t verified yet, I’ve been trying to find out how long it would take sending it from that exchange back to Coinbase. If it took a long time with small amounts, obviously I’d never do that with bigger amounts.

The amount doesn't matter. It's on a transaction basis. Bitfinex recently transferred $100 million in Eth from their cold wallet to "elsewhere" for $0.50 or so.

Here's something that could have been and still could be, though it assumes that the exchanges are actually working, which isn't really the case.

1. Deposit USD at Gemini, buy there.
2. Transfer to sell at GDAX for a premium.
3. Withdraw USD to bank.
Repeat steps 1 through 3.
Takes forever and probably will make your bank mad at you and possibly your exchange accounts closed due to "suspicious" activity, but eh. Probably make more other ways as well. All sorts of silliness.

Just so we’re clear. It’s going to 20k right? No reason to sell now, but really no reason to buy in at this price either. That’s my take away. If you’re gonna buy, wait for a really massive dip. It’s far too volatile to try to guess the top or bottom right now. If you have BTC, just hodl and try not to lose your shit watching this roller coaster.

No. In the end, the /biz/ council decided that Bitcoin shall stop and hover around 19k. That was the final decision and was approved unanimously.

i am 100% certain that this is EXACTLY what they are trying to do. hype it, pump it, get normies involved, hype it, pump it, get everyone and their mother involved, hype it, pump it, then dump it into nothingness, taking all of bitcoins value with them as coinbase and all other exchanges crash from being DDoSed to death by normies panicking like faggots

cant have decentralized banking technology from the future messing up the whole fiat currency scam. they realized they cant beat it, so theyre just going to break it, like a stubborn child who doesnt want to share his toys and breaks them so that no one can play with em
