Will you be buying Bitcoin options? That's where LamboLand lies

That's futures not options though.
I'm surprised this news isn't already at the top of /biz/ as CBOE will add futures one week earlier than the CME, on december 10, and that could be a good indicator of how the price will react on CME because it's the world's biggest futures exchange.
Bitcoin being shorted though the ground when it gets added to both because investors bought btc and will sell massive amounts to reap short futures? Maybe baby.
One thing for sure is that next 15 days are gonna be interesting, as always with crypto.

options are same thing... just an easier way to trade futures

>> No.4793270

Yes but if some deep pocket investors bought bitcoin on the way up knowing there would be futures trading shortky they can go short on the futures and sell their bitcoin, crashing the market and reaping profit through the futures.

>>4793270
In order to crash that market that would have to be a very deep pocket investor though no?

>> No.4793346

I'm gonna put down a stop loss order on Saturday. I want to believe BTC will keep rising, but shorting is definitely possibility.

Yeah I kind of doubt one group of investors could crash BTC's price. Those twins who cashed out and became billionaires due to BTC caused only a mild dip last week (the dip to $9.5k).

>> No.4793411

>>4793364
Oh they cashed out? Really? I knew that they had a bunch of btc but I didn't know that they actually cashed out. If so then adding futures should be fine then I guess.

That's smart.i think alot of people are just waiting to short the shit out of Bitcoin, especially because if the animosity from alot of traditional finance people

Same here, better safe than sorry, you can always buyback later (though I won't actually put a stop loss as Kraken hasn't reinstated them since they removed them 3 months ago, lmao, really hoping the big december update is good).

>> No.4793694

>>4793364
I checked out and it is not said anywhere that they cashed out, the dip has nothing to do with this so my claim is still valid.
