Just a novice question, when you sell a coin, do you sell it for cash or do you sell it for another coin? How does that work? Does a marketplace like bitpanda allow you to quickly trade it with other people for cash and store it on your account?
Thanks, I don't think this deserves a thread.

I'm not sure about bitpanda because I don't use it. But most exchanges deal exclusively in trading cryptos for other cryptos, while a few like coinbase allow you to sell BTC, ETH and LTC for cash and withdraw the cash to your actual bank account.

So those select few big exchanges act as entry and exit points (but also don't usually stock many altcoins), whereas the other exchanges like Binance are where the main crypto altcoin trading goes on.

Not as much, I couldn't convert my money to fiat, so I changed it to alts banking on their stability.

But no, people are for some reason selling their alts, causing a vicious sell cycle. And for some reason they are crashing harder than BTC, I thought they would crash too, but not more than BTC, this is just plain illogical. Normies don't have alts.
