Until master node functionality is implemented everyone can stake any amount for 10%. I've heard dates ranging from on app release to next spring/summer for node function. Development stated 10,000 ODN as a placeholder for masternode status. They left it open to allow for future decision changes but if you have 10K you will get some sort of node status.
