Not after the latest change. Before the change the hash rate would ping-pong between the two and there would always be one coin that's unusable. And BTC being unusable is certainly a bigger deal than BCH. After the latest change the hash rate ratio will stabilize around the price ratio and both coin will have roughly equal block speed. Core should thank BCH for this change.
