65 DASH
400 ETH
500 LTC
100 XMR
120 ZEC

I left $200,000+ on the table, just as of today. The number is going to just keep get more ridiculous over the years. You just gotta shrug and laugh it off "haha ohhhh man, oh well..." Nothing can be done.

Haha bummer being used to it... lost a bunch of BTC a few years back... that's approaching a seven-figure loss..

it's just whatever.

when this dips fairly low in a couple weeks buy a fraction, even if it's like 10 mBTC, and hold it. COLD STORAGE: wallet to a flash drive, and keep it in your sock drawer. still got a lot of craziness to go.

i remember someone saying in late september here on /biz/ about the forks and the impending altpocalypse (none of us believed would actually hurt so bad)

it was something like "we're going to find out alot of these coins have no real floor" what he meant by that is since many of these coins literally are 100% traded in bitcoin that they're going to take a elevator shaft down. I learned this the hard way when i tried selling many of my shitcoins at 50% losses, making them go lowe rin the process

Maybe then I could've deluded myself into believing there won't be eternal darkness after death

Now suicide is so much harder to go through...

And I will answer

I fell for the hodl meme....

What the fuck can we do though?

I mean I guess my wealth is safe if I just wait for BTC to stabilize and hope that my alts go up again. Even then if BTC somehow shits the bed and corrects I can always just wait for the next eventual pump. I'm still up I guess, but my gains are fucking nothing compared to if I just held BTC/ETH/LTC

BTC is the iphone of coins. could you really not see this? also, a strong BTC makes it worth to invest in altcoins, because the circle always closes at BTC, especially since the tether-shitshow. only a fool would have let himself memed into bcash and other shitcoins like LINK.

I tried to buy back as much of my position as I could. Similar as posted but like a quarter of the amounts: little to no BTC/BCH/BCG, mostly all the popular, promising alt coins (ETH, LTC, DASH, ZEC). Sadly, I didn't have enough to faith in XMR to bring it back in, but it's whatevs. Still like monero for it's viability in it's particular niche (untraceable). Notable exclusions are ETC and Ripple, which I think are crap and will stay crap (I could be wrong, but I've got nothing riding on it so whatev).

ahhhh lol and I knew I should've rode the BCH and now also BCG gravy train. Still, I stay away from bitcoins proper... too many unknown forces in the market, and I think long-term that at least one will be completely abandoned--so I'd rather not toy with it. I like alts because I believe alts filter out normies and deep-pocketed but hesitant late-blooming crypto-fans. in other words, i believe established non-meme alts are (until the past week) undervalued to potentially interested markets yet on-value to the actual present market participants (but it seems more are catching on, and now we're getting run up. hold on tight (though maybe cash in a tiny bit to try to sell a teeny-tiny bit of the peak...)).

Also a few longinsh-shot crapcoins--mainly Bitshares and FunFair, both of which I'll be holding wayyyyy long: bitshares for it's features and potential versatility if more adopted, and funfair because I'm guessing that a potential eventual normie-adoption of a digital gambling chip will moon it, kinda like how fantasy sports betting took off (though eventually may burst I think).

I meant "undervalued when considering potentially interested markets" Basically, I think lots of people would buy and will buy once they realize-- er, rather... will but once the herd mentality sets in, when they lower their guard and take the (by then much reduced) risk

YOU FOOLS.

I actually have been shilling BCH since it was $350 lol and I fucking love it. There is so much FUD with BCH and that is a good thing, it keeps the price low so that I and others who believe in it, can accumulate the real Bitcoin.

You dumbasses. This is your second chance to get Bitcoin, the real Bitcoin without segwit and without Blockchain core taking control and censorship. Seriously.

BCH is at $1700 now, it was $400 at the beginning of the month. That's more than 4x in just one month.

Once it hits over $2k you will be larping again going "OMG MY ONE CHANCE WHY DID IT HAPPEN TO ME"

But seriously, slap yourself in the face and get BCH now. Screencap this if you want, look at it in literally 1 week.

Smack yourself in the face if you didn't buy and the price is over $2k, or thank anon if you did it early.

I mean, have any of you actually sent and received bitcoins? like to an actual bitcoin address? it takes forever (OK yes it depends on your fee--if you're even given an option to set your own fee payment). But to me even ~3 minutes is forever when talking about exchanging value, and that's well on the faster side IMO (assuming 6 confirmations). it sucks. transaction times to me is such a deal-breaker, i just don't see BTC being the one. so I don't touch it
