all the big coins fluctuate 1-5% a day. the small coins either dip big or go up big.
do you consider yourself a trader? do you want to be a trader? then it means you have to be in touch with whatever is happening in the crypto world, every bit of news that comes out could affect the price of a coin big time.

if you are just in it for long term gains (5 years or more) just diversify in like 4-5 coins you done research about and forget about it, setup a blockfolio to make sure you aren't losing hundreds of dollars overnight (it lets watch all the movments, updates constantly)
