What are good resources to learn about SEO and MONETIZATION for websites?

Even worse, most of it is ruled by a pyramidal scheme whose only function is to lure people into buying their products.

They even ban legitimate discussions when they point at better ways to do things than paying for their products.

Google provide a free entry level pdf about SEO.

I read one of the top SEO books on amazon. It worked for my employer.
