Robinhood is a commission free stock trading app on iOS/Android

--Robinhood FAQs --
- VISIT THE WEBSITE FIRST DAMMIT!! - www.robinhood.com

> How is it free?
Robinhood earns revenue by collecting interest on the cash and securities in Robinhood accounts, much like a bank collects interest on cash deposits and by collecting fees from robinhood gold.

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, why?
Robinhood graphs are shit and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using tradingview.com, stockcharts.com, finviz.com, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

I didn't give much attention to the strong ISM reports that would've indicated the upcoming roaring earnings we're now seeing (Article from October the 13th). Won't be a mistake I make again. AMD is an established company with a good earnings report and easy to identify pattern.
The only reason to get into AMD is to wait 2 months for it to go back to 13 and make 30% gains over 3 months.
If you are day trading then AMD was a retarded buy in the first place.
Im not complaining because buy high sell low retards are what support this constant trend.

sport chalet and sport authority both went out of business this leaves BGFV with not much competition, the only competition BGFV really has is DKS and that is too expensive for most people. BGFV is like the walmart of sporting goods. Unless something unforeseen and catastrophic happens with the company, it will certainly be worth much more than 3.70. The question is when. It could pop next year or in 5 years. Who knows. It really depends on how many machines they can sell.

Their robot is much better than the competition... BUT their competition has already made sales to hospitals. So most hospitals aren't going to spend millions for a new machine when the one they already have still works well.

TRXC needs to sell to hospitals which haven't purchased from their competitors yet. Once sales start happening and good reviews come in, the stock will soar. It's just a matter of waiting it out.

Right now it's good for low swing trading and/or long hold. I'm doing both.

This honestly, you kinda buy a GoPro once, use it a few times, and forget it. Don't really buy one anymore after that, no real subscription service, and unless your old one gets stolen or lost you'll keep the same one for a while. Its kind of a pain in the ass to use too, I'm at the point where I'd rather just use a nice iPhone mount + a app like Harry's Lap Timer when I go to the track than set up Action Cams that die halfway through.
