Essentially I have a bunch of ETH offshoots like OMG in an exchange but I can't make any transactions because I'm out of ETH and the transactions are demanding ETH as a fee rather than the coins themselves, so my account is frozen.
If I could just have less than $3 USD worth of ETH, I could move all my assets to a proper exchange.
