I'm really not sure about that. I know I didn't make money directly off of BTG yet. Even for BCC I had to wait until it's confirmed I can trust the wallet and by then it dropped to 0.06- only until the "difficulty readjustment" was I able to sell it decently for 0.2 BTC. I'm probably going to end up stalling a bit until the process for opt-in replay protection is clear, and who knows how worthless it'll be by then because people will dump right away.

And to add. The exchange drama such as Bittrex having deposits disabled for the first day or so; or Coinbase, Poloniex not giving BCC, and some exchanges not allowing BCC withdrawals (1:1 airdrop) until a month after.
