I can't speak to Robinhood specifically since I've never used them, but generally speaking you should be able to transfer funds back and forth between your brokerage IRA and your Vanguard IRA. The type of IRA needs to match, i.e., Roth IRA to Roth IRA, Trad. IRA to Trad IRA, etc... To keep the IRS happy, make sure the cash never touches your hands during the transfer process.

Depending on what kind of property it is i rather have the big one like a multi family more than 4 units. This would make it easier when dealing with bills all the taxes would be under one property, all the maintence would be under one property, if you needed to get landscapers it would all be one property.

It also depends on the return though, always pencil it out and figure your return on every property you want.

You have to look at the order book and try to get in above the big buy order. Granted if it keeps rising you end up just raising up to the bid price, but you can get screwed if there is a gap up in the bid and you're picking up a lot of shares.
