Can someone actually tell me the contents of the SIBOS presentation? I'm assuming it was just their whitepaper but behind a lectern.

Slide 4 of 7 is in OP's picture.

Notice any lack of reference to chainlink?

Oh my god, that's too perfect.

To be fair, it's linked from their website and I posted about it weeks ago when trying to find information about link. Just got a load of people shouting about the url taking all their link and a mod deleted my post.

This whole this is just empty shilling and intentional/unintentional misunderstanding of facts.

See pic, which is slide 2 of that presentation.
This "decentralized computing network" is the Chainlink network; which is a decentralized oracle network.

And the logo at the center of slide 4 is a visual representation of that decentralized network.

Don't be dumbasses, the Chainlink network is the very backbone of Smartcontract.com.

Pajeet, can't you try and counter the FUD at least once without relying on farcical stretches of the imagination or petty insults? Or aren't you paid enough to actually for a coherent and believable line of argument?

So you think they did a presentation boasting about their product to people with little to no understanding about decentralized networks without explicitly mentioning chainlink, but instead hinting at it?

To be clear. The slides are basically the ones from Coindesk yesterday with Chainlink in them.

However the decentralized computing network is a DLT like hyperledger. It's not Chainlink.

Those people know the name of Sergey's company and know that it uses a decentralized network to do smart contracts.
What's the problem?

Except pic related is from yesterday.

Yeah they are different. Which is what I was pointing out. They are both talking about the same thing and exact same process. The only difference is one of them has Chainlink in it while the other just has generic lines and smartoracle written in.

Smartcontract.com is all about its decentralized oracle network. That was always their very "raison d'être".
And that network is called "Chainlink", and v1.0 of that network was released recently, after many years of development

Those slides predate the actual release of the network, so those logos say "smart oracle" instead of the name they later gave to the network of smart oracles.
