if you buy at $0.02 and it goes up to $0.10 thats a %500 gain.
for your price, 1 lumen is $0.03125, so if it hits $0.10 you would make a %320 gain, which is still huge, but the actual amount of profit that % gives you is proportionate to the size of your investment

also, changelly and other instant change services gouge you on price, at least compared to a decent exchange. current price on kraken is between 480 and 450 satoshi, (about $0.0265).

however, verification and deposits into exchanges take time, and exchanges take a percentage of each trade you make. expect to hand over 0.1 to 0.3 percent of each trade you make, but that is a good rate comparatively

if you have time, sign up for coinbase and then verify on gdax, which is coinbase's exchange. make a deposit to gdax, which will take 1 to 2 weeks to go through, then transfer from gdax (not coinbase) to the location of your choosing.
this method is nearly free, I think I was charged $0.001 total for depositing and transferring 2k USD.

just make sure you can move a large amount of money around on the exchange you use, which usually means you need to verify to a certain level.

if you don't have that kind of time, use an instant change service and deposit to a wallet. next time, its best to plan ahead and have money ready to move
