a large banking group (that attends SIBOS) will unveil their partnership w/ Stellar - likely before or during SWELL's announcement of Ripple's partnerships.

I don't have anything that will confirm AMEX, so not sure if that's just FOMO rumors.
But there was a tweet about ING staff traveling with RIPPLE pre-conference as everyone was setting up.
