well they beauty is that everyone has a different amount of btc so they will cash out at different times, no need to wait for 1btc to hit million$ if you have like 10 of them, for average joe $2-3m is more than enough so they won't risk and wait so they can cash out at 5-6m, it's not gonna make too much of a difference in the quality of life. I'm cashing out when btc reaches 150-200k
